Terms and Payment:


Cash,  personal or business checks accepted (Must be accompanied with bank letter of guarantee).  Title must be with vehicle at time of check-in and serial numbers must match title.
NO CREDIT CARDS.


Consignment Fee:


There is a $175 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $125 for each additional vehicle with a Reserve Price set.
With "No Reserve" it is a $125 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $100 for each additional vehicle. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE


COMMISSIONS:


  • NO RESERVES: will be charged 4% commission, (with a minimum commission fee of $100) but the vehicle must sell at the highest bid when the hammer goes down
  • WITH RESERVES: will be charged (if sold) a 6% fee on the agreed price (with a minimum commission fee of $100)
  • Memorabilia 10%

BUYERS:

THERE WILL BE NO OPEN TITLES MAILED OUT AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AT OUR AUCTIONS “Devils Run or Motor Magic”, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TITLE WITH THE NAME FILLED IN THAT WAS ON YOUR BIDDER CARD.  CANADIAN BUYERS: YOU MUST PAY CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER. TO PURCHASE WITH A WIRE TRANSFER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY WITH A CHECK WHICH WE WILL HOLD UNTIL THE WIRE TRANSFER IS COMPLETE. 

Memorabilia 10% Buyers Fee

Vehicles 5% Buyers Fee with a minimum of $50 on all vehicle purchases
